About This Course
This course is designed for Year 6 primary students to build a strong foundation in French and prepare for the DELF A1 exam. It focuses on developing essential communication skills through structured, interactive, and engaging lessons that help students use French confidently in simple everyday situations while gradually familiarizing them with the DELF A1 exam format.
Course Objectives
- Develop core French skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing.
- Strengthen essential vocabulary and basic grammar structures required for DELF A1 level.
- Build confidence in speaking through everyday topics such as introducing oneself, family, school, hobbies, and daily routines.
- Improve listening comprehension through simple dialogues and guided exercises.
- Develop reading skills using short, level-appropriate texts.
- Strengthen writing skills through simple sentences and short guided writing tasks.
- Introduce DELF A1 exam-style questions and basic answering strategies.
