About This Course
This course is designed for students aged 12-17 years to strengthen their French skills and prepare for the DELF A2 exam. It focuses on developing more independent communication through structured, interactive, and engaging lessons that help students express themselves more clearly in everyday situations while becoming familiar with the DELF A2 exam format.
Course Objectives
• Develop and reinforce the four key French skills: speaking, listening, reading, and writing at a more advanced level.
• Expand vocabulary and improve the use of essential grammar structures required for DELF A2.
• Build confidence in speaking by discussing familiar topics in more detail such as personal experiences, daily life, preferences, past events, and future plans.
• Improve listening comprehension through longer and more detailed dialogues and guided activities.
• Develop reading skills using a variety of short texts with more complex ideas and information.
• Strengthen writing skills by producing short paragraphs and structured responses.
• Introduce DELF A2 exam-style tasks and develop effective answering strategies.
By the End of the Course
Students will be able to understand and communicate in simple but more extended French in everyday situations. They will be able to describe experiences, express opinions, ask and answer questions with more detail, read and understand short texts, and write short, structured paragraphs with confidence. They will also be familiar with the DELF A2 exam structure and expectations.
