1. Registration and Payment

• Registration and payment must be completed to confirm a student’s enrollment in a course or class.
• Fees are non-refundable after one week from the registration date.
• A refund request may only be made within 7 days from the date of registration.

2. Accounts and Usage

• Each student account is personal and non-transferable.
• Sharing the account or password with others is strictly prohibited.
• Users may access their account from a maximum of two devices only.

3. Content and Educational Materials

• All educational materials (videos, files, lessons) are for personal use only.
• Copying, recording, or distributing the content in any form is strictly prohibited.
• Any violation of this policy may result in subscription cancellation without a refund.

4. Absence and Compensation

• Student absence from a class does not entitle them to a refund.
• If available, recordings or notes will be provided at the discretion of the Academy.

5. Privacy and Data Protection

• The Academy is committed to maintaining the confidentiality of student and parent data.
• Personal information will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

6. Academy Rights

• The Academy reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel classes when necessary.
• The Academy has the right to suspend or terminate an account or subscription in case of a breach of these terms.
• The Academy retains all intellectual property rights related to the educational content.

7. Disclaimer

• The Academy is not responsible for any technical issues beyond its control that may affect the service.

8. Acceptance

• By using the platform or completing the registration, parents and students acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
